Our aim is to help people with mental health problems to live an active, fulfilling and independent life in their own home and the local community.

Living with a mental health conditions can be a challenge both for the person and their friends and family.

We offer support for people living in the community with a range of mental health problems including those that are challenging, complex or long term.

We can provide support on the recovery journey with a tailored self directed support plan which is unique to you and which aims to help you stay in control of your life by:

We help you to look forward, set new goals, learn new skills and interests and support you to be part of your local community and take opportunities for engaging in social, educational, training, leisure and employment related activities.
